Coming Soon: Renovated mixed-use business & residential space

An Upper Iowa University alum (& their spouse) purchased the historic "Shiners" building at 206 S. Main Street in Fayette, Iowa to preserve its charm while modernizing it for personal & professional use. The building will feature office space in the front and a residential space in the rear. 

Maintaining the historic value and presence of the "Mullet on Main" is of high importance, and more information will become available on this website as this project continues.
